We stayed in a lovely double room overlooking the garden, the staff was friendly and the location was ideal for visiting a nearby wax museum.

The double room had a comfortable bed. Essential amenities like central heating and a TV with satellite channels were provided. - the location was convenient, only a 5-minute walk from a popular wax museum.

Lovely beds, good-sized and fairly quiet rooms. Polite, pleasant stuff towards all guests. Private parking on-site provided. The early check-in. Location just next door to the shrine, shops and restaurants as well as the Sanctuary.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. The location was marvellous and perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Grotte of Massabielle.

We were warmly welcomed by the very kind Mrs Romina, the owner. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with new amenities. The hotel is situated in a quiet location yet convenient to reach the historic center. The pool was wonderful and not too crowded, perfect for relaxation. The included breakfast served delicious homemade muffins and cakes.

The restaurant served amazing food, the spacious room met our request, and the location exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and accessibility.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sanctuary, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, and some come with a small balcony with a view. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the continental breakfast is plentiful and tasty.

Some guests have mentioned that the decor in the rooms needs updating, and others have complained about noise from thin walls or corridor breezes.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the need for updating the decor in the rooms and the occasional noise disturbance from other guests, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had.
